25212 (left) trundles into Walsall station at the head of a freight train on the 13th April.

25207 (right) at Birmingham New Street station with a Lincoln to Birmingham service comprising of a failed DMU on the 20th April.

On the 8th June 25196 arrives at Hinckley with the 14.14 Norwich - Birmingham service having taken over the train at Peterborough.  This was the only passenger service worked by a class 25 loco on this day.  At Birmingham the Driver takes a close look at one of the bogies.

25181 and 25208 arrive at Tamworth with the 07.43 Derby - Weston-Super-Mare service on the 11th September.  The locos worked through to Weston and then back to Derby.

25044 stands in Paddington station on the 2nd October having arrived with the 08.35 Birmingham - Paddington service.  On release the loco ran off to Old Oak Common for refueling and returned to work the 17.41 Paddington - Manchester service.
