From the 16th July 1983 Cambrian pictures.

25320 and 25298 wait at Welshpool with the 07:44 Shrewsbury - Aberystwyth for an incoming DMU working from Newtown.  Delays from track repairs and consequent speed restrictions meant all trains would be delayed on this day.
