From the 3rd July 1982 - Cambrian pictures.

25133 (front) and 25224 accelerate away from Newtown with the 10.07 Aberystwyth - Euston service.

Unusual for me to photograph a passenger train departing any station on the Cambrian line.  The booked move was to bail at Newtown for the next pair of Rats but they were running late.  Without warning the right away was given and I was left stranded on the wrong platform.  As the train pulls out the driver can be seen leaning out of the front loco to see why I wasn't on the train or perhaps, more likely, why 25224 seems to be doing all the work!
