On Sunday 8th March 25060 (left) drops onto the stock for 1V05 13.45 Crewe - Cardiff service train. This loco had worked some hours earlier on an overnight passenger train to Birmingham, diverted over Cannock because of engineering works. Later that day 25285 (right) is seen at Manchester Piccadilly station with an ECS working. |

25290 arrives at Newport station with 1M84 11.50 Cardiff - Crewe train on a (very) wet Saturday 21st March. I took this train to Pontypool where I had to shelter from the elements and consequently did not photograph 25224 that worked the return. |
