Blackpool used to have a number of Saturday only passenger
train workings on which Class 25 locos regularly featured. Typical of
these were the Scottish holiday trains and here 25113 waits to depart with the
15.25 Blackpool - Edinburgh service. The same day 25122 had worked the 15.05 Blackpool - Glasgow train as far as Preston but was then despatched onto more mundane duties. |
