| On the 7th August 24087 leads 25292 past the site of Winson Green station and on towards Soho Junction with what is likely to be an excursion train bound for Barmouth. |

| On the 27th August (L) at Derby 25122 displays the headcode 1D30 twice so there will be no doubt it is working the 0735 Nottingham - Llandudno Town train! (C) Later that day 25245 is seen coming off the shed at Leicester then (R) a pair of 25s head through Wolverhampton en route to Oxley carriage sidings. |

The following day, Sunday 28th, sees (L) 25131 (front) and 25184 at the head of
the 0845 Birmingham - Barmouth at Birmingham New Street station and then (C) the
same pair prepare to leave Wolverhampton.
(R) 25218 and 47241 stand in the sidings at Nuneaton. |

(L) On the 10th September 25307 is inside Derby Locomotive Works undergoing an overhaul. The cab seen attached to the locomotive is from a different locomotive. (C) 25061 pulls out of Manchester Piccadilly station on the 15th October with a van train. (R) 25121 runs light engine through Wellingborough station on the 19th October. |
