From the 1982 - North West trains pictures.

25287 is attached to the Birmingham - Blackpool ADEX.  A Class 40 loco had initially been sent to take this train forward but the train had air braked coaching stock and that loco had been vacuum only.  (That sort of luck didn't often work out in my favour!)
