25097 (front) and 25072 wait to depart Machynlleth with the 14.00 Aberystwyth - Shrewsbury service.

In theory the delays to previous trains meant it was going to be a tight connection at Machynlleth but the next train was over an hour late so I ended up spending as much time here today as I eventually did at Aberystwyth in three visits.
